The World Boat Center website is published by WAC DIGICOM CENTER, S.L., whose registered office is at C/ Canyelles 52, AT, Pta. 2, Esc. 1, 17480 Roses (Girona), Spain, tax ID (NIF) B93883056. The World Boat Center site is an online platform allowing the relationship between professionals and individuals for the publication of boat sale ads as well as the registration of nautical professionals in a directory of companies in the sector.
The use of the site implies the acceptance without reservation of these General Terms and Conditions (CGV). We reserve the right to modify these CGV unilaterally, any modification taking effect from its publication online.
These CGV define the rules and obligations of site users, whether they are professionals or individuals, for the publication and management of ads as well as for the registration in the directory of nautical professionals.
3.1 Professional Advertisers
Nautical professionals (brokers, dealers, shipyards, ...) can publish boat sale ads by paying a subscription according to the applicable conditions. Professionals must provide proof of their activity before the publication of their first ad.
3.2 Private Advertisers
Individuals can publish ads for the sale of their boats under certain conditions. Ads must comply with the applicable regulations and contain verifiable information.
4.1 Registration conditions
Nautical professionals can register in a specialized directory present on the site by taking out a subscription, payable monthly or annually, whose term, renewal and termination are governed by Article 06. This registration allows them to obtain better visibility among users.
4.2 Commitments of registered professionals
Registered professionals commit to providing accurate and up-to-date information on their activity. Any false declaration or omission may result in the deletion of their file without refund.
Advertisers, whether professionals or individuals, are solely responsible for the information communicated on the site. World Boat Center acts only as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for the content of ads or transactions concluded between sellers and buyers.
6.1 Commitment period. Professional subscriptions (publication of listings and registration in the directory) are taken out for a fixed term of twelve (12) months from their activation date.
6.2 Payment. When subscribing, the professional chooses monthly or annual payment. Payment is made online by bank card. Monthly payment does not change the commitment period: the monthly installments remain due until the end of the current twelve (12) month period.
6.3 Automatic renewal. At the end of each twelve (12) month period, the subscription is automatically renewed for a further twelve (12) month period, with the same payment method, unless terminated under the conditions of Article 6.5.
6.5 Termination. The professional may end their subscription at the end of the current period by giving notice no later than one (1) month before the renewal date, by email to contact@world-boat-center.com. The subscription remains active until that date.
6.6 Refunds. No refund is made once the service has been activated, including in the event of termination, unless otherwise required by law.
6.7 Visibility options. Featured options are paid for individually, with no commitment and no renewal.
Personal data collected are treated with the greatest confidentiality and are not sold to third parties. In accordance with the applicable regulations, each user has a right of access, rectification and deletion of their data.
These CGV are subject to the applicable law in Spain. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
In case of persistent disagreement, the courts of Girona will be the only competent ones.
These CGV are in effect from Nov. 2, 2026.
