Dromor Apollo 12/ 1998
Description
Dromor Apollo 12 (1998)
A cruising sailing yacht approximately 12 meters in length, designed for safe and comfortable voyages in the Mediterranean. It was built by Dromor Yachts in Greece, with naval architecture by Judel/Vrolijk & Co., combining robust Greek construction with German sailing philosophy. The yacht is characterized by strong build quality, good stability, and calm behavior at sea, even in challenging weather conditions. This particular vessel is equipped with a 36 hp Yanmar engine, allowing economical cruising at 3,200 rpm with a speed of 8 knots. It can accommodate 6 guests in 3 cabins and 2 bathrooms. It features a rich equipment package which includes, among others: a tender (new 2023) with a Mariner 4 hp 2-stroke outboard, bimini (new 2025), Autohelm ST6000 autopilot, 2x Icom VHF radios, Garmin GPS, solar panels (2 x 45 Ah), and 2 batteries of 140 Ah (new 2025).
The boat is commercial, with VAT paid and under the Greek flag. It is currently in the water following the completion of its winter maintenance, which included antifouling and polishing, as well as its annual service (oil change, replacement of filters and belts, new anodes, impeller, and heat exchanger cleaning).
Finally, the vessel’s shaft has successfully passed a crack test.
