Saronic 880V Cruiser 2014 – Yanmar 315 HP – 225 hours

A very stable, robust cruising boat offering excellent seakeeping, designed for comfortable navigation in the Aegean Sea and built according to Saronic's proven hull design, also used on professional fishing vessels. With an emphasis on fuel-efficient cruising, extended range, and true onboard living comfort, it is the ideal choice for both multi-day cruises and recreational fishing.

It is powered by a Yanmar 6LPA-STP2 main engine with 315 HP, shaft drive transmission and four-blade propeller, totaling only 225 hours of operation, as well as an independent Yanmar 3YM30 auxiliary engine of 29 HP. The economical cruising speed is 12 to 14 knots, with an actual fuel consumption of approximately 2.5 to 3.5 liters per nautical mile. The fast cruising speed is 17 to 18 knots, with a maximum speed of approximately 20 to 21 knots. Using the auxiliary engine, the boat can cruise at approximately 5 knots with minimal fuel consumption.

It has a fuel capacity of 800 liters and a freshwater capacity of 200 liters, providing excellent range for long voyages.

The interior is designed for extended and comfortable stays onboard and includes a V-berth, two separate berths, convertible sofas providing additional sleeping space, a full bathroom with electric toilet and shower, a two-burner galley, and a new 85-liter Isotherm refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The spacious cockpit can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, providing plenty of space for entertaining, storing gear, and fishing. It is also equipped with an extendable teak table, extensive storage compartments, and a stainless steel and iroko swimming platform.

Key equipment includes a MaxPower bow thruster, a SidePower stern thruster, Lenco trim tabs, a Garmin GPS chartplotter with VHF, a Raymarine autopilot, a Lofrans electric windlass with wireless remote control, two solar panels, a Victron inverter with battery monitor, a shore charger, and a Bluetooth audio system. The boat is also equipped with a 10 kg stainless steel anchor with 65 m of chain, a new Sunbrella canopy with side blinds, and a main engine control station in the cockpit.

Between 2025 and 2026, the boat underwent significant mechanical and aesthetic upgrades, including a complete overhaul of both engines, cleaning of coolers and fuel tanks, replacement of certified shaft bearings and seals, shaft balancing and alignment, as well as work on the main engine exhaust system.

Aesthetic improvements included hull and superstructure polishing, wood surface maintenance, as well as replacement of interior and exterior upholstery, canopy, curtains, and sun shades.

The boat is subject to VAT, registered under the Greek flag, and ready to sail. 

Optionally, for an additional charge, the following items can also be included: a Plastimo Fun 230pi inflatable dinghy (2.30 m), a Honda 2.3 HP outboard motor, a 2.5 m Spinera inflatable gangway, as well as additional safety, mooring, and onboard comfort equipment.
